The 26 participants were divided between three sailing yachts of approximately 12 metres in length. Each group formed its own crew and worked together to complete the planned course.
The course was set between two buoys positioned in front of Port Marina Palamós and Club Nàutic Costa Brava de Palamós, creating an ideal setting for a nautical team-building activity.
The objective was not simply to reach the finish first. Throughout the regatta, each participant took on a role within the crew and had to coordinate with the others to make the yacht move efficiently and smoothly.
